The rate we found on the internet was excellent. However, when we checked in we found that there was an additional $25 fee for pet dog. This was never mentioned in the booking fee or our final amount booked online. I strongly feel that this fee should be clearly. Stated as it could affect booking decision. I feel that $25 per night is an excessively high fee.
Cosy rooms, easy walk into Jasper. Very good value for money.
The room was cramped and way overpriced but I think all of Jasper is overpriced.
The staff were very nice but the room was too expensive for what we got.
Price and locations was best points
Response to AC on 2nd night as was not working and no response from staff on two requests. bad nights sleep with my wife and twin girls. One of who has disability and breathing not good, especially with this faulty AC. Not impressed that I received no response on two requests.
No internet service which it was promoted in the adverising. Disapointed if you advertise it then it should be provided
Food/beds/situation/sitting in the sun on the verandah 4pm/price moderate
Noise of dining room cooking fan immediately below our unit/VERYBAD .dark rooms/ verandah around hotel meant lack of privacy/noise of central heating cooling unit huge in our room/
They had excellent toiletry products available for use.
Not enough towels, one of the cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking, and the blow dryer didn't work.
The bed was roomy and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful.
Room design left it lacking in daylight and privacy. A common balcony meant people were walking by just outside your window. Parking was not always available near the room. Our room smelled of smoke.
Very friendly helpful staff, great value for the money, very clean.
none other than the room was alittle small, but not uncomfortably so.
Bussiness trip envoyed the stay
walls very thin could hear the noice from other visitors
We liked the pool and hot tub.
We found bugs in our bed the first night, the sink was outside the bathroom and the shower had terrible water pressure. Our room wasn't cleaned after our first night, and when we asked for toiletries, towels and toilet paper we were met with indignation (they also didn't give us the toilet paper). The power also went out on the second night for over an hour (9:30pm until after 10:30pm) and we received no apologies at the front desk the next day when we checked out. For $200 dollars a night, we expected better. Much better. The only reason we didn't ask for a discount or complain is because we are young travelers that are used to staying in hostels. Overall, we'd go somewhere else next time and would not recommend it.
Room was ok and the restaurant on site was really nice.
It was on the outside of the town. And the room would have been better if there was a bit more daylight.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant fare was top notch but not cheap.
The only disappointment was the absence of WiFi despite the claim to free WiFi in every room. The offer of a computer in the lobby just does not cut the mustard.
Good price and pet friendly, quite place.
price and the breakfast option.
noise from other rooms. floor very squeaky. thermostat worked backwards (as per maintenance man) phone was dead and had to be replaced.
